Angerbach (Kožlany)

Angerbach is a ruined castle located one kilometer northeast of the town of Kožlany in the Plzeň-sever district, on a promontory above the confluence of the Javornice and Hradecký streams at an altitude of 400 meters. Since 1964, it has been protected as a cultural monument. Angerbach is a modern designation for the castle that existed approximately in the second half of the thirteenth century on the western edge of the Přemyslid hunting forest.
