Elizabeth Lake

Elizabeth (also known as the small water reservoir Bettynka) is an artificially created reclamation lake located in the eastern part of the city of Most, northeast of Vtelno; the northernmost tip extends into the territory of Obrnice. The reservoir was formed by flooding the coal surface mine of the same name. The total area of the lake basin is approximately 4.42 hectares, of which 1.69 hectares is free water surface located in its northeastern tip, while the remainder consists of a marsh overgrown with reeds.
