Tlustec (German: Tölzberg) is a hill located on the northern edge of the Ralsko Hills, in the districts of Česká Lípa and Liberec, approximately 2 km east of the village of Brniště. The hill is mainly known for its controversial basalt mining. The border between the districts of Česká Lípa and Liberec runs across the summit of the hill and also divides the area of the quarry.
